The Club is incorporated under the laws of the State of Oregon and is affiliated with the National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Membership is open to any legal resident of the United States of America without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin or age (if age 18 or older). Applicants under age 18 may become associate members with an adult family member as sponsor. Membership in the National Rifle Association is a prerequisite for club membership.

The regularly scheduled Joint Club Service Rifle matches with Newberg Rifle and Pistol Club (NRPC) and Chehalem Valley Sportsman Club (CVSC) are held on the second Saturday of each month in March through October. All matches are held at the CVSC range in Dundee, Oregon. Match instructions, set-up and squad assignments will begin at 8:00 AM. or at a time to be announced prior to that month’s match. Matches held in July and August will be practice sessions or a special “fun time” and will not be scored or require an entry fee. The winner of the 2008 match series will be recognized at years end. The 2008 match series will be scored as the 4 highest scores of the 6 scored matches held for the year.
Junior shooters and non-club members are welcome to participate
